I'm struggling with myself

Self-esteem, self-criticism, shame, confidence or feeling stuck.

Sometimes the hardest relationship we have is the one we have with ourselves.

You might be constantly putting yourself down, comparing yourself with other people, worrying about what others think, or feeling that you're simply not good enough. Perhaps you find it difficult to accept compliments, make decisions or believe in yourself, even when other people see things very differently.

You may also feel stuck in patterns that you understand intellectually but can't seem to change. Sometimes these patterns have been around for a long time and can be connected to relationships, experiences growing up, criticism, trauma or difficult periods in life.

Therapy can help you understand where these patterns have come from and, importantly, begin to develop a different way of relating to yourself.

Together, we can work on confidence, self-compassion and the way you respond to difficult thoughts and feelings. This isn't about pretending everything is positive or simply “thinking differently”. It's about developing a more balanced and supportive relationship with yourself.
