You know something isn't right, but you're not sure where to start.
You don't always need to know what's wrong before asking for help.
Perhaps you've been feeling different lately, you're struggling to cope, or things just don't feel quite right. You might not have a diagnosis, or you may have several things going on at once and have no idea which one to tackle first.
Sometimes people put off asking for help because they think their difficulties aren't serious enough, or because they feel they should be able to manage on their own.
Therapy gives you the opportunity to talk things through with someone who will listen without judgement. We can take some time to understand what has been happening, what you would like to be different and what might help.
You don't need to arrive knowing which therapy you need or even knowing exactly what you want to talk about.
We'll start where you are and work it out together.
